How the website uses information you choose to provide when submitting an enquiry.
What we collect
The enquiry form requests your name, email address, property of interest, enquiry type and message, together with your consent to respond. It does not request a contact number or identity document.
The service also uses limited technical information to protect the form from spam and repeated submissions. Security logs do not contain your message or email address.
How your enquiry is used
Your information is used to record and respond to your accommodation, visit or resident-service enquiry. It is not used to add you to a marketing list.
Email notifications, when configured, are routed to the business destination supplied for this website. A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking or service appointment.
Storage & retention
Enquiries are stored with restricted access on the website’s hosting server. Form data is sent over HTTPS. Email credentials, if configured, remain on the server.
Enquiry records are retained for up to 90 days for follow-up and then removed by the enquiry service. Information retained in direct business correspondence is managed separately by the business.
Please avoid sending payment details, identity documents, medical information or other sensitive material through this form.
